San Francisco is the only consolidated city-county in California, with the population of around 870,000.

Back of the key to the city. The picture on the key handle on the right-hand side is the San Francisco City Hall. The texts on the body of the key were engraved on the rotunda of City Hall by the 28th mayor Edward Robeson Taylor.
