In 2016, President Tsai Ing-Wen visited Paraguay under the “Ing-Hsiang Project.” On June 28, President Tsai inaugurated new ROC embassy building in Paraguay and received the key to the city of Asuncion from Mayor Mario Ferreiro. (Photo Credit: Office of the President)
