In 2004, President Chen Shui-bian visited Belize under the “Hsiang- Yuan Project.” On September 3, with the companion of Prime Minister Said Wilbert Musa, President Chen visited George Price Center, Belmopan and received the key to the city from Acting Mayor Clifton Hall.
